These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through luisaponteatelier.com (the “Website”). The Website and Luis Aponte Atelier are operated by Raw Fashion Industry LLC (“Luis Aponte Atelier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order through our Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version posted on the Website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of inventory discrepancies, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payment is due in full at checkout using one of the payment methods available on the Website.

If an order is canceled by Luis Aponte Atelier after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Many Luis Aponte Atelier pieces are made to order in limited quantities.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow approximately 12–15 business days for production before shipping. This production period is separate from carrier transit time.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to fabric availability, order volume, or circumstances associated with small-batch production. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Standard Made-to-Order products purchased from our catalog remain eligible for return in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

3. Ready-to-Ship Products

Products identified as Ready to Ship are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise noted.

If an order contains both Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order products, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

4. Custom & Special-Request Products

Products created or modified specifically at a customer's request are considered Custom or Special-Request Products.

This includes requests for a style to be produced in a fabric, color, material, design, measurement, or specification that is not offered as a standard option for that product on our Website.

Custom and Special-Request Products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

A standard Made-to-Order product selected directly from our catalog is not considered a Custom or Special-Request Product solely because it is produced after the order is placed.

5. Product Availability, Descriptions & Pricing

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, availability, and prices are accurate.

Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, availability may change. In rare cases, a product or material may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative when available or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other Website information.

If an order is affected by a material pricing or product-information error, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund.

Prices and product offerings may change without notice. Changes will not affect previously completed purchases except where an obvious error has occurred.

6. Product Colors, Fabrics & Handmade Variations

We make every effort to represent product colors, fabrics, textures, and details accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Due to the nature of small-batch production, printed fabrics, patterned materials, embroidery, and other textiles may vary slightly in placement or appearance from the product photographed.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

7. Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luisaponteatelier.com.

Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Ready-to-Ship orders may enter fulfillment shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled once dispatched.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special offers are subject to the terms communicated with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes cannot be combined.
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
• Promotional codes have no cash value.
• Certain products or collections may be excluded.
• Promotions may be modified or discontinued before an eligible order is placed.

If merchandise purchased using a promotional discount is returned, any refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luis Aponte Atelier and Raw Fashion Industry LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of products sold through the Website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Luis Aponte Atelier name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other original content appearing on the Website are owned by or licensed to Raw Fashion Industry LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Information submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Website and placing an order, you acknowledge that certain personal information must be processed to complete payment, fulfill your order, provide customer service, and operate the Website.
